Tools needed: 2 pairs of pliers appropriate for Chainmaille (flat, chain, chisel or bent nose), 1 pair of tweezer nose pliers, a crochet hook, or a piece of string (optional to help pull O-Rings through jump rings.

Level– Beginner:  As long as you are comfortable opening and closing jump rings you should be able to accomplish this project.
